REAL Soccer Stadium!
For those of you who still wonder if the there is going to be a REAL soccer stadium, I'm here to say all the framework is complete. Kordel was a participating member of the building process (worked on traffic design) and so we were invited to the BBQ and topping off ceremony. We got to meet the mascot Leo, sign our names on the final beam, say Hi to Santa and pet his reindeer, see who really has a lot of money, and freeze our little TOES OFF!!!! Quite miserable because of the cold, but at least now we have pictures to say we were there.

Wow Kordel! Rubbing elbows with the big wigs of REAL!! PS, can you come over and do a traffic study of my road and tell me how we can alleviate speeders? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteOne day on our way to somewhere north we saw LEO driving down the freeway on a Harley Davidson, and as we drove right next to him staring out our windows with our mouths gaping open, He turned and looked at us and waved. It was like a weird dream.
