Corinne had the adventure of getting to play Itty Bitty Baseball. Mom had the fun of watching. Oh my goodness, watching three and four year-olds try to learn a support is soooo entertaining!
I still don't understand why I was the only mom laughing at all the cute kids! Example: inability to pay attention and length of attention span... tell me it is not funny that kids wait and get all excited for their turn to hit the ball and while standing at the tee, actually start looking all around the room instead of hitting the ball!
Another example: getting on base, never running to the next base but staying there the whole time! OR, running to the next base and continuing to run and push everyone else ahead....MY personal favorite....MOST kids struggled understanding to run home. Many once they accomplished getting to 3rd base, then just ran back to the team, They knew in their heads they had at least touched all the things called bases....
The kids loved throwing balls into the "pretend" catchers.

I need to invest in one of these gloves. They're Velcro. Guaranteed to catch the ball as log as you're "close."
Corinne just LOVED running. They would do relays, and it seemed like all of Corinne's team would just run whenever they felt like it, not when it was their turn. I JUST LOVE little kids!

I agree. Little kids + sports = hilarious. How fun that Corrine played.
ReplyDeletethat looked like a great camp!
ReplyDeletesad to tell you that when the players are 6 yrs. old they're still trying to run the bases too quickly and sometimes pass up teammates that should have made it "home" 1st! : ) I got some good laughs this season too!
That looks like too much fun. Bailey would love something like that!
ReplyDeleteSam did itty bitty sports too when he was younger. We both loved it.
ReplyDeleteAbout your camera, have you checked to see if your computer has a place to just insert the memory card? Mine does and I don't even bother with the cord anymore. Check it out.
