Vegetable Garden

This year we decided to plant a vegetable garden. It has taken quite a bit of doing. We had to dig out the gravel pit next to our spare driveway, put in new dirt, add quite a bit of organic material, plant the garden, water the garden, build a wall...you get the idea....now check out the pictures!!!!

This is near to the beginning...adding in our new dirt and organic stuff...

Kordel made me sprinklers so I wouldn't have to carry around my watering can (Corinne was a big help too).

Kordel also surprised me with my little walking path. It was my Mother's Day present.

Quite the eye sore, so Kordel had to fix that too...

Our pretty new wall Kordel built us!

A little bit more updated picture.

The first picks! I was so Proud! Now I'm just a bit overwhelmed though...

  1. Gardens are a lot of work. And sometimes worth it. Sometimes. Congrats on the harvest. Still waiting on ours to do anything. Although we do have three little jalapeno peppers.
