Happy FIRST B-day Shane!!!

OUR little cute, totally laid-back, amazing, giggling, non-moving SHANE turned 1!!!! (well, on August 1 he did anyway)
I can't believe it, this year has just FLOWN by.
He's still my little baby when I think about him...just HEAVY.

Here's my decorations tribute...but now I realize you can't see the ballooons...ug.

Here's some photos of the cousins "helping" Shane open his presents. It worked really well to have them open the present they gave to him b/c they ALL wanted to open presents and this spread the love evenly and fairly....aren't they so cute?

Can you just tell he could care less about "opening, unwrapping, ripping open" presents? Notice that cousins are holding all the presents and "playing" with them, NOT SHANE!!!

Here's the beautiful B-day cake from Costco. So cute! Makes me want to name the rest of my kids with 5 letter names! It worked out perfectly, you wouldn't have thought that my order didn't get done because I forgot to write my personal info. on there. Must remember to do better at that next time!

For so long, Shane looked just like this, so clean, not eating ANY of the cake. He completely doesn't like N-E-thing with texture. But after at least 20 minutes of talking, we looked back and saw.....
